Get out of the office for the day and look at alternative ways to work as a team. A fun, relaxed and interactive day out lets you see your team from a different angle - and meet the horses. Why horses? Horses are extremely intelligent herd animals. They respond well to good leadership and instinctively challenge weak leaders and other team members. Horses don't understand words, so you can't fool them. They don't have a personal agenda, they just respond to how you treat them.

A hands on session involving the horses and students. The conclusion may involve a team event if time allows.

The practical sessions are designed to enhance your teams' performance and ultimately, your companys' productivity. Through the use of the horse's language and behavioural responses, you will gain a valuable insight into new methods of communication.

Liz Morrison ICF-PCC, BHS-SM will lead this workshop. She has written a best selling book on sports psychology for riders and is one of the few ICF accredited coaches in the UK.
